BANANA AND CHERRY SMOOTHIE


  • 1/2 FROZEN BANANA
    1 SERVING PROTEIN POWDER (25ish GRAMS)
    1/4 CUP FROZEN CHERRIES
    1 CUP UNSWEETENED VANILLA COCONUT MILK

  • Blend all together! PRO TIP – I like to use the pre bagged frozen bananas and cherries. In all of my smoothies I try to use everything frozen instead of adding ice. It gives it a much creamier texture! Scan each ingredient serving size into MFP for macros.
