I have been off the bandwagon of consistently writing. Which is crazy because we have SO much going on. So sorry for the inconsistency.
I wanted to share this super easy recipe last night and the $31 purse I ordered that was inspired by my mom.
Last night I intro’d a new recipe to our book. We love asian inspired dishes because it’s something that’s hard to find unless we travel to Austin, Houston or San Antonio. We’ve been digging the SkinnyTaste Korean Bowl but this time I decided I was craving those lettuce cups that you can get on appetizer at PF Changs. Well, this recipe really does hit the mark. The few things that I did not do was use ground turkey ( I used ground chicken but don’t have a reason for that really), no mushrooms, no carrots and I added diced onions. I just think they always add good flavor. Other than that I pretty much followed the recipe…
1. Saute onions and water chestnuts
2. Add chicken and brown
3. Add Sauces and simmer
It seriously was soooooo easy. I made rice for Philip and did frozen cauli rice + cabbage for me.

In other news I have been wanting a black purse, particularly one that has been out of stock but my mom owns. I tried to bribe her to give it to me over the weekend but it didn’t work. It reminds me of the Hermes Lindy but just a little bigger. Such a pretty bag!! Target notified me this morning that it was back in stock and hot dog it was on sale!! $31…snag it before it’s gone! A New Day Handbag.
Happy Rest of the week!!
