I am struggling right now. I have all of the knowledge to get back on my schedule but it’s been difficult. I have so much to do and don’t know where to start. I’m kicking off this week by being kind to myself but not allowing myself to deviate from my non negotiables.
This week’s non negotiables…
1. Follow my macros. Before the wedding when I was killing my FWTFL scheduled, I would log everything the night before and follow it to a T. Obviously, that got a little loose after the wedding but it’s time to reign it back in since we’re in November. Today has been hard but so far I haven’t deviated from the plan. One day at a time is what I’m telling myself.
DISCIPLINE> MOTIVATION
2. No sweets!! I was not craving a ton of sweets before but they are callin my name now. I am tossing all coffee creamers and going back to black coffee. I feel like it’s a gateway. Each night (starting Wednesday) I will have 2 pieces of Dove dark chocolate. I don’t love being this restrictive but at this point it’s about what’s good for my body, not what I’m wanting in the moment.
3. Complete Daily Challenges. I love to get active but these challenges are SO fun. They’re just little motivators and my amazing coach gives out fun prizes each week. Even if you don’t win, the camaraderie in my FWTFL community is so uplifting.
So, this week I will get a hold of myself and get my focus back. Being healthy is not an option. I love my body even if she gets a little fluffy sometimes but that doesn’t mean I accept an unhealthy lifestyle. Make good choices when you can.
